Blake Smith

Blake serves as Chief Financial Officer of Standridge Companies, having joined the firm in the Fall of 2021. In his role, Blake oversees all financial strategy and operations across the company’s portfolio of properties and investments. He leads accounting, reporting, and treasury functions, while also playing a key role in underwriting and executing acquisitions and dispositions. In addition, Blake manages investor and lender relationships, ensuring strong partnerships that support the firm’s continued growth.

Blake is a licensed CPA through the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and is an active member of The Real Estate Council and Ibex Club. Before joining Standridge, he worked as a tax associate at a local CPA firm, gaining valuable experience in public accounting.

Blake lives in Lake Highlands with his wife Jami and their son, Hudson. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from Harding University. Blake and his family are active members of Park Cities Baptist Church. Originally from Central Arkansas, Blake enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and cheering on the Razorbacks in his free time.
