Blake Smith

Blake joined Standridge in the Fall of 2021 to lead the accounting division of property management. Blake manages the financials of all properties and investments, and also assists in the underwriting when acquiring/disposing of assets. In addition to this, Blake oversees investor and lender relationships. Blake is an active member of The Real Estate Council and the Dallas Regional Chamber. Blake is a licensed CPA through the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Blake spent nearly three years working as a tax associate at a local CPA firm.

Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Blake graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from Harding University’s Paul R. Carter College of Business. During his time there, Blake was a member of the Sub T-16 Men’s Social Club.

Blake and his wife, Jami, are faithful members of Park Cities Baptist Church, and they both have a heart for serving others and the communities they work in. Blake is originally from Central Arkansas and enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, golfing and attending Razorback sporting events. Blake always says, “A night sitting around a fire is good for the soul.”
