Stacy Standridge formed Standridge Companies in 1992 to provide clients with solid, knowledgeable representation in the acquisition and disposition of their real estate holdings. Today, the company identifies and acquires investment opportunities on behalf of its investor group.
In the last 26 years, we’ve successfully completed the purchase and sale of more than 100 properties. Most of our acquisitions include land, existing shopping centers and retail development. We acquire properties and create value by managing annexation, zoning, reclamation, thoroughfare improvements and other entitlements. Our developments involve strip retail, build-to-suit, grocery-anchored shopping centers, and office condominiums.
Our significant returns over the years have allowed us to maintain a solid group of investors and has expanded through referrals on account of our long and exceptional reputation.
Stacy O. Standridge
Stacy Standridge has more than 39 years of experience in commercial real estate. He began his career in 1979 in property management and moved into brokerage three years later. His background includes investment acquisitions, land and income property sales, office and retail leasing, and office and retail property management. He formed Standridge Companies in 1992 to provide expertise in land and shopping center investment to a select group of investors. In the last 27 years, he has coordinated the formation of more than 100 successful partnerships.
Stacy is a Carrollton native and a graduate of Stephen F. Austin. He currently lives in Dallas with his wife Suzie. He has served on the board of directors for several local Christian ministries and is a member of the Land Council of North Texas. He enjoys golf, sporting events, and travelling with Suzie and their four sons, Staton, Keaton, Riley and Saxon.

L. Thomas Crowell
Tommy joined Standridge Companies in 2010. Prior to joining Standridge, he worked for two Dallas real estate development/investment companies after graduating from college in 2004. During his time at Vista Property Company and Hopkins Commercial Real Estate, Tommy was involved in development, acquisition, property/asset management and general brokerage.
Tommy is the President of Standridge Companies and runs the Company. He oversees all Partnerships in the portfolio and works with Partners, Lenders and other stakeholders to ensure the success of the investments. Tommy sources new business and is involved in the acquisition/disposition of all properties.
Tommy grew up in Dallas graduating from the Episcopal School of Dallas in 2000. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a major in Economics and a minor in Business Administration in 2004. He was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and served on multiple boards. Tommy currently supports The Brain Health Center with his membership in the Think Ahead Group. He is also a member of the Touchdown Club which supports The Rise School. He is a member of HPUMC, Northwood Country Club and supports other local charities. Tommy lives with his wife, Hayley, his daughter, Ellen, and his sons Ryan and Andrew in Dallas.

Keeson joined Standridge Companies in 2011, managing all of the land accounts and assisting in the sale and acquisition of several properties. In 2012, Keeson became responsible for the management and leasing of Standridge’s Shopping Center portfolio.
Keeson is originally from Plano and currently resides in Frisco with his wife, Shannon and their daughter Mary Lacy. He graduated from Trinity Christian Academy and later on from Ouachita Baptist University with a Bachelor of the Arts in Business, emphasizing in Finance and Management. Keeson and his family attend Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano and are involved in multiple outreach opportunities.

Patrick Kyle McKissack
Kyle joined Standridge Companies in January of 2014.. Prior to joining Standridge, he worked for a local public accounting firm after graduating from college in 2009. During his time at CF Accountants and Consultants, Kyle was involved in tax preparation, payroll and franchise tax reporting.
Currently, Kyle oversees the preparation of all income tax returns, Texas franchise and payroll reports. He also handles the financial responsibilities of the company.
Kyle grew up in Dallas graduating from Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas. He attended the University of Kansas and graduated with a major in Accounting. He was a member of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. Kyle lives with his wife, Laura, and their son James in Dallas, TX.

Riley joined Standridge Companies in January of 2015 with his main focus on management of Standridge’s Shopping Center portfolio and assisting with Leasing. Riley is expanding his knowledge in the real estate industry by handling daily responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
Riley grew up in Dallas and graduated from Prestonwood Christian Academy in Plano. He attended college in Austin and was a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He and his family attend The Village Church in Dallas. Riley enjoys golfing, basketball, and attending sporting events with his family and friends.

Michael joined Standridge Companies in 2019 and oversees new acquisitions and ground-up development. Prior to joining the team, Michael’s real estate career started in brokerage where he quickly learned the needs of rapidly expanding national retailers. Following that experience he has spent the past 10+ years at Hunt Properties, Inc. (HPI) as Vice President of Development. During his time at HPI, Michael was directly involved with developing, leasing, and selling more than 1.25 million square feet of retail properties in prominent markets across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Kansas. In addition, Michael worked closely with a roster of nationally recognized restaurant and retail brands who trusted him to perform custom development. In that capacity the owners, executives, and real estate departments of these companies relied on Michael to bring quality site selection and speed to their market expansion initiatives.
Michael has two young daughters, is a Dallas native and graduated from the Episcopal School of Dallas and Southern Methodist University. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a member at Highland Park United Methodist Church.
