Stacy Standridge formed Standridge Companies in 1992 to provide clients with solid, knowledgeable representation in the acquisition and disposition of their land holdings. Today, the company also identifies and presents land and development opportunities to its investor group.
In the last 16 years, we’ve successfully completed the purchase and sale of more than 60 properties. Most of our acquisitions are land investments where we obtain and manage annexation, rezoning, reclamation, thoroughfare improvements and other entitlements. We’re also involved in retail and office development, including grocery-anchored shopping centers and office condominiums.
Because of the significant returns we’ve been able to generate over the years, we work consistently with a small group of investors who purchase ownership positions in our projects. Although this investor pool is strong and stable, we occasionally make opportunities available to new investors and lenders who approach us based on our track record and business approach.
